Homemade Mexican Salsa
1 16 oz. can Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes
1 8 oz. can Tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro
2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
Place stewed tomatoes in a blender. Cover and blend on
low for 3 or 4 seconds. Remove and place in a mixing bowl. Add
remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill. Serve as a dip with
tortilla chips or if on a low fat or low calorie diet, serve the
salsa over your chicken, fish or meat.
Makes 2 1/2 cups
